The scones are fluffy and soft, perfect for heavy cream and refreshing handmade passion fruit jam. But this isnt my type of scones as i would prefer buttery and denser ones like the one in four season/mandarin/bakehouse ..The decor is nice tho as the cream is scooped out perfectly. Nice chewy al dente handmade pasta with fresh claims and seafood. Staffs are superb friendly and you are welcome to keep sitting at the dining table after you have have finished your meal
All in all,love the vibe but does it worth the hype and an hour queue + 1.5 hours travelling time?
I would say worth ONE visit but it’s defin a good neighbourhood cafe
為了這個鬆餅，特意千里迢迢從港島來到馬鞍山花華這間咖啡文青小店。
無花果鬆餅鬆軟，配上他們自家制的果醬及軟芝士，非常清新特別。可惜，略嫌他不夠牛油味及結實，不太是我喜歡的口感。🧈
手工制蜆肉意粉上的蜆肉份量頗多，也非常新鮮，加上全手工制的意粉口感煙銀，挺有趙口，吃得出很有誠意。🥘
點了flat white 咖啡味道也挺濃，有點果香味。☕️
雖然11點多來到等了一個半小時，但店員在你享用完午餐後，不會要求你離開。我們被安排坐在吧枱邊，一邊看着店員烹飪午餐，一邊享用午餐，非常寫意。
整體來說，這間小店的氣氛令人覺得很放鬆，屬於偏日本風格的裝修，還有特別的小裝飾品。但由於我住在港島，路途非常遙遠，應該未必會在短時間內再開一次。作為馬鞍山的咖啡小店也是很不錯的，推介住在附近的人去試一下。
