To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前聽馬鞍山嘅客話有間餐廳叫daddy's kitchen，話好值得試一試。咁聽到哩個名，作為一個為食貓，當然想挑戰下哩個餐廳啦， 話曬mommy kitchen 似普遍多啲，daddy嘅話真係未聽過 見今日去開沙田個區，就去附近覓食一下啦。 黎到餐廳，一黎就叫左個客推薦嘅珍珠奶茶，再加個餃子豬骨拉麵去試。味道方面， 個珍珠奶茶相當唔錯，唔係死甜，啲珍珠都有啲口，唔係軟腍腍，而且價錢平，好過好多西餐廳嘅質素 而個拉麵亦非常唔錯，個豬骨湯底濃郁，份量大，大食嘅人一定夠食，而且餃子煎得驚訝地剛剛好，個底脆脆地又唔太乾，食完哩餐相當滿足，daddy's kitchen 真係名不虛傳嘅其實餐廳仲有好多野食好吸引嘅，例如有扒餐，有意粉，仲有各式嘅甜品，奈何本人細食，惟有下次搵埋朋友一齊過叫幾樣野去試，滿足下食慾，哈哈
