To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

以往曾經喺深水附近居住過一段日子，因為「大家食」開得特別夜嘅關係，佢嘅麵食基本上成為咗我嘅深宵必食。無論係手攪撈麵、米粉湯麵還是小食，都令人一試難忘。坐落於食店林立嘅深水埗，「大家食」都可以話係附近街坊必定食過嘅食店。皇牌炸醬手攪撈麵喺香港，好食嘅炸醬麵唔少，但係呢種雲南風味嘅炸醬手攪麵亦唔多。蛋白質嘅材料唔多，主要係以炸醬為主，但整碟麵嘅重點絕對喺配料度。麻辣香油、花生、青瓜絲，同埋主角手攪麵嘅配合一流，而且份量大碟夾抵食，晚餐亦都一定夠食！如果想層次感再強可以加埋佢哋附送嘅辣菜脯！自選麵食 － 炸豬扒、過山雞、生滾豬潤配銀絲米粉首先要介紹嘅係呢度嘅銀絲米粉，同出面唔同嘅係呢度嘅米粉特別幼同埋呈透明色，粉身幼滑煙韌而且唔易折斷。加上少少麻辣嘅湯底，味道已經好吸引。但呢度除咗麵底之外小食同樣出色。過山雞就係其中必食嘅一員。而炸豬扒亦都炸得十分洽到好處。要特別一提嘅係佢嘅生滾豬潤，唔單止份量超多，而且食起上嚟又滑又軟，唔會有血水味同埋過熟嘅感覺！味道 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️服務 ⭐️⭐️⭐️環境 ⭐️⭐️⭐️性價比 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
