To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

已很久沒去茶餐廳了，今次在旺角去了間以菠蘿包出名的茶餐廳，這裡有外賣飽點的，每有新鮮的麵包出爐，外已大排長龍等著。茶餐廳通常地方不大，坐位比較迫狹，人多和很熱鬧。這裡也不例外。但也就是茶記的風味。我們點了-沙爹牛肉出前一丁麵 牛肉很多，沙爹味道香濃，撈埋出麵 一齊食，非常惹味-香煎雞扒出前一丁麵 雞扒煎得脆內juicy-菠蘿油包 這個才是主角，熱辣辣的菠蘿包，面 上是脆脆皮，包中間夾了塊凍厚牛油 ，牛油慢慢溶解，滲入包內，一啖入 口，有包和牛油一齊食，滋味無窮。-熱奶茶 奶茶香滑，茶味香濃

牛肉很多，沙爹味道香濃，撈埋出麵
一齊食，非常惹味
-香煎雞扒出前一丁麵
雞扒煎得脆內juicy
-菠蘿油包
