如果要細數香港有特色嘅餐廳嘅話相信我亦都會諗到榮式燒雞扒呢一間成日都會食嘅店,主要原因真係好簡單就係每次都好期待再回味一下佢哋嘅招牌燒雞扒。裏面最出名嘅除咗燒雞扒之外當然就係自家製嘅章魚蓮藕餅,同平時食到嘅肉餅唔同口感㗎所以可以試吓雞藕天成咁就兩樣嘢都食到😎😎首先當然要介紹雞扒啦因為佢係用炭烤過所以有皮脆內軟嘅味道另外再加上焦香嘅香味👍🏼👍🏼最緊要係完全唔乾仍然保持住濕潤嘅狀態( 呢個真係好緊要因為吼雞扒就好似BBQ咁樣好容易會燒到雞扒乾咗!!) , 另外翻譯都係用返香港最傳統嘅思邈飯所以粒粒都係分明另外再配上又係自家製嘅榨菜同蔥油,酸酸地又可以令到白飯唔再平凡❤️❤️想食好啲嘅當然亦都可以叫雞扒同鰻魚呢兩個配搭。另外唔鍾意食飯嘅亦都可以轉到庭烏冬㗎真正嘅日本烏冬!! 最重要係唔乾身亦都唔鹹,咁先可以突出餸菜嘅鮮味。論雞扒相信好多間餐廳都會做到但要數到有特色嘅話相信榮式燒雞扒一定係我午餐不二之選!
