To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

來九龍城不一定要吃泰國菜的,這裡還有很多有名的餐廳和美食今天下午來到德昌魚蛋粉,聽說是老字號,魚蛋粉很出名果然,店內座無虛席,店外還排了一條長長的人龍,幸好我是一個人,等了15分鐘左右就有位置了餐廳的規格像普通的茶餐廳一樣,而吃的是一些潮式粉麵,聽說魚蛋是現場製作的,不太鐘情於魚蛋的我,來到這裡當然也要試一試我點的是牛筋魚蛋河粉份量不算很多,不過味道不錯牛筋有口感,魚蛋夠彈牙,河粉幼滑,湯底不過不失價格是偏高的,不過能接受經過的朋友,一試無妨

我點的是牛筋魚蛋河粉
份量不算很多,不過味道不錯
牛筋有口感,魚蛋夠彈牙,河粉幼滑,湯底不過不失
價格是偏高的,不過能接受
經過的朋友,一試無妨
