下雨天總掛念從前…早在呢間芝加哥剛開時幫襯過一次,當時店舖細細得幾張枱,但已覺得串燒好食,老細好有心做好出品。幾年間,見佢搬左大舖,我地都冇去過,尋日興之所至,同老婆入去坐下。本來諗住食少少嘢飲杯嘢算當食個下午茶,但俾個menu嚇親,串燒種類比以前多好多,肉類不在話下更有我最鍾意的內臟,連羊腸都有,師傅燒到香脆內嫩,油脂甘香,餸酒一流。另外燒白鱔超好食,新鮮肉厚,2大舊肉都只係$58。最令我地驚喜嘅竟然係燒龜苓膏,你冇睇錯,係燒龜苓膏!表面加咗一陣煉奶,食到後尾又龜苓膏嘅回甘苦味,超有驚喜!我食左2串。最後經理問我哋有冇叫乳豬,但我哋已經飽到食唔落,要留返下次。本來諗住食少少嘢,但Menu實在太吸引,搏老命係咁叫當咗晚餐食。一個電爐可以燒到如此出神入化,如果可以俾炭爐佢玩仲得了?呢幾年飲食界寒冬,佢地由細舖變大舖,再係大埔殺到老蘭開店,成功係有原因的!補充:星期一至日Happy Hour都有唔同牌子生啤買一送一。記得要試佢地自家嘅生啤,裡面有塊菠蘿乾,非常啱女士飲

呢幾年飲食界寒冬,佢地由細舖變大舖,再係大埔殺到老蘭開店,成功係有原因的!

補充:星期一至日Happy Hour都有唔同牌子生啤買一送一。記得要試佢地自家嘅生啤,裡面有塊菠蘿乾,非常啱女士飲
