突然想食小菜,想起呢間位於筲箕灣多年既飯店,相信曾經轉過手,地方雖小,五臟俱全,街坊小店。今晚叫左3個小菜,十分驚喜又出色,比起區内多間小炒店,絕對有過之而無不及。 先叫鵝腸,份量足,味道適宜,而且有輕微麻油香,簡直食唔停。椒鹽白飯魚,粉漿做得薄脆,炸得乾身而不油膩,香脆可口。涼瓜斑頭腩,估唔到佢會用東星斑頭,就算係急凍貨,都無醒味,絕無花假。唯一要彈係若然少油及淡口啲,比較完美。只要保持水準,一定會再幫襯👍🏼
