太子食新餐廳, 見到門口已經有個大缸,養滿曬大頭蝦,真係要食餐勁嘅。先黎胡椒蝦, 一鍋六隻,睇住師傅喺個缸到拎上嚟, 新鮮度滿分, 上枱熱辣辣,胡椒味香濃 ,味道上面層次更加豐富, 大頭蝦蝦膏有夠多,可惜驚膽固醇高, 唔係食多份都仲得。鹽燒豬肋條轉牛仔骨, 同我想像嘅有少少出入,本身以為鹽燒會係比較乾身, 原來都見到仲有汁, 要嚟撈飯一流。一口炸豆腐, 豆腐外表炸到脆卜卜, 食落又唔似平時嘅硬豆腐,八卦一問之下 ,原來係台灣千葉豆腐真係估佢唔到, 味道一流。薄荷柚子梳打, 柚子味香濃, 梳打夠氣,唔係太甜。薄荷火龍果梳打, 最估唔到係用紅火龍果新鮮打汁,酸酸甜甜,超易入口。南瓜豆腐雪糕, 來到上檯已經好吸晴,原個南瓜上, 打開入面咁多雪糕,已經值得嫁,又甜又香又不失豆味,夠晒香濃。

鹽燒豬肋條轉牛仔骨, 同我想像嘅有少少出入,本身以為鹽燒會係比較乾身, 原來都見到仲有汁, 要嚟撈飯一流。
