每次喺佐敦坐元朗小巴經過都見到,又知老婆鍾意食海膽,於是專程黎一次試下。我地8點幾到,室內唔係滿座,好彩我地兩個人,唔洗等就有位。一坐低就有人介紹我地飲清酒,不過太肚餓都係叫左野先,主打都係海鮮,再加入一啲fusion整法,都算有特式,例如個海膽炸雞球,做法係普通炸雞球,不過加入海膽混既醬,用雞球點黎食好特別,兩種味都食到幾有新意。再黎就係海膽炒飯,配料係肉碎,我好奇試下加菜保(即係食粉仔混嗰啲)入啲飯到試,非常好味。跟住就係燒蠔,啲蠔好新鮮,完全同喺大陸食 既隔夜燒蠔冇得比。最後埋單都係一人2百幾蚊。個人推介主打海鮮,其他串燒或者食物可以唔試,始終呢間野海鮮係有保證。
