To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

地方細細，但都企理，食評不錯，就黎試下先 小籠包，鍋貼，即叫即整，所以要等等，外面沒有什麼，咬了一口， 發現裡面注滿熱辣辣湯和餡混在一起食，真是好味到...難以形容 。鍋貼也是有湯在裡面架，外面脆口，裡面juice 。雲吞也是不錯，叫了酸辣雲吞4隻，外表一般，只飲酸辣湯就一般貨色，但...配埋雲吞一齊食，化學反應，一拍既讚 。還叫了麵食，酸辣湯麵和擔擔麵真是一般貨色，但上海排骨和雞翼又是另一驚喜 ，熱辣辣，脆卜卜，又juice ,。好味停不了，但肚子有限，甜品都吃不下，想試春卷又賣光，一定要再黎試其他驚喜。
