To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

簡簡單單又一餐今次去開太子嗰邊玩經過見到有一間潮州滷水餐館，見到有位就入去食個Lunch，餐廳入面裝修有點潮州的風味，睇左一陣餐牌，點左幾個套餐🤠是日菜乾湯甜度剛好，外面餐廳比較少見的菜乾湯😝鵝肝拼牛脷套餐滷水鵝肝味道簡直一流，雖然牛脷不是餐廳的主打菜，但是仍然能有著厚切牛脷的水準😋潮州咸雞拼豬粉腸套餐咸雞配上蔥油簡直就是絕配，而豬粉腸則可以點一下醋來吃👏🏻鵝三味(鵝肉、鵝腸、鵝肝）性價比最高的菜式，擁有三種不同鵝的部位，再加上醋之後，味道一流🤗潮州特飲 老樂桔餐廳自家製作的甜柑桔特飲，味道比較特別，有點像咸柑桔的味道🤞🏻好味指數：9/10性價比指數：9/10餐廳名稱：和昌潮味館餐廳地址：太子白楊街9號基隆樓地下C號舖電話：95395969
