To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一向以來,對外賣都沒有太大的期望,總是認為堂食才吃到最好的效果。可是今天這家的外賣便當給了我極大的驚喜!位於灣仔港灣道商業區,午飯的時間人流少不免,點選了百芳豬扒便當($59)配茉香奶綠($12), 等待時間大概10分鐘,等候期間亦看見不少顧客光顧10分鐘的路程回到辦公室並沒有使便當的溫度冷卻下來,打開的蓋子,香噴噴飯菜仍是熱的,豬扒和便當盒子是分開盛載,貼心的包裝。白飯上的配菜有粟米,酸菜,娃娃菜,粉絲,蘿蔔絲及滷水蛋半隻,每一款的配菜均有味道,很好下飯。豬扒並沒有切開,直接大口大口咬,很香很鬆軟,並沒有很柴或很油膩的感覺。茉香奶綠味道正常沒有太大驚喜。在附近上班或者經過我的小夥計可以一試,真的不錯呢
