難得約到三五知己,佢地都話想試下新野於是乎就book左呢間係大坑既 The Pudding Nouveau,呢間餐廳主力食龍蝦既菜式同埋法式料理。我地差不多七點就到左店面,都已經全場滿座,店面雖然唔大,但係環境都幾好格調,而且服務員好熱心同有效率,抵讚!Duck Confit Egg Benedict - 第一道菜係法式油鴨腿配上Egg Benedict Waffle。油鴨腿經過廚師精心烤製後個面脆卜卜好似乳豬甘,抵讚既係入面鴨肉仲係非常霖,外脆内嫩,味道非常之甘香。Egg Benedict 一切開就流心甘溜下去同鴨肉和Waffle溶埋一齊,夾埋一齊食口感更有層次。Giant Crossiant with Crayfis - 牛角包入面放滿唒龍蝦沙律,份量多到d龍蝦滿瀉唒出來,龍蝦雖然切左條但仍然係啖啖肉,配埋蛋沙律醬同牛角包真係天作之合。薯條係用左波浪型果種,寧舍有口感,點埋d龍蝦沙律醬一流龍蝦焦糖燉蛋 - 我覺得呢道菜都係鎮店之寶架啦,我地超好彩地叫埋店內既最後一份。龍蝦預先開左邊食起上黎方便得多,再加上醬汁,洋葱同蘑菇一同焗製,非常濃郁惹味。隨左焗龍蝦外,仲會有份龍蝦焦糖燉蛋,以
