To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

近幾日天氣突然又轉冷,所以是日決定跟朋友去打邊爐~ 因為友人與我其實狼好幾次也想試一試某連鎖店之粥底火鍋,順理成章今次就試一試這家位於新蒲崗的滿粥順德粥底海鮮火鍋。他們有開兩個時段,6時與8時,我們訂了6時但卻遲到了!嘩一入內餐廳已幾FULL,所以大家有興趣來記得要預先book位了~看看餐牌,晚上就是這個$198套餐包括:7款時令海鮮5款火鍋自選配料4款蔬菜1款粥1甜品這是全包價,已包加一與醬料費。如覺份量不足夠,大家也可以追加海鮮,飲品亦可另外再點。在牆身上上已寫上了食用方法以及落鍋的先後次序,我們就參照住啲steps 將所有美食分3 round KO! Round 1 坐下後,店員很快就奉上3層海鮮塔最頂層有有鮑魚,蚌、中間有肉蟹,最底則是大小蜆魚蝦等等。每檯還有一個計時器,為你計算着每款海鮮烹調時間,很精細哈哈。Round 2 食畢所有海鮮後,店員先將南瓜,芋頭及粟米配料放入鍋內烹調,隨後第二步就到我們早前選好的5款火鍋自選配料上場了。我們選了肥牛,牛丸、魚滑、蟹粉蝦子丸以及炸魚皮再加上附送的娃娃菜,第2 round 火鍋開動!牛肉肥瘦適中,魚滑也很新鮮Round 3 食完邊爐,

整體來說,店員非常貼心,在進食的兩小時他們不斷穿梭於各食客位置,為各人換業收理食物,很細心值得一讚~是一間有用心營運的小店!
