To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 今天老婆寶寶特別想吃酸酸甜甜的東西,我們在網上搜尋到在住家附近的置富都會中新開設的川菜餐廳,由於我們向來對川菜甚為喜愛,所以便拉着老婆寶寶陪同慕名光顧。餐廳原來是巨型的舖位,左右兩邊均各自提供不同菜式!我們來光顧的右邊區域就是以吃酸菜魚、川菜為主。裝潢方面店舖整體皆用上簡潔木系做主題,再配上光亮的白調燈光,感覺整潔光鮮。招牌二人套餐二人套餐包含有五款菜式,分別有魚、兩款小食、飯和飲品,其豐富量足的份量,著實令人飽肚感十足。主菜點選了人氣番茄湯清甜魚口味,橙紅的湯底酸甜清香,茄味濃郁。而魚肉大塊嫩滑,富有魚香,入味無骨。配料還加入了大量烏冬,口感清爽順滑,煙韌彈牙。小食是啖啖無骨雞椒麻汁,入口時雞肉飽滿,嫩滑鮮味,雞香出眾,並有著醋味酸香,讓人開胃。另一款小食是酸辣小木耳,食用時爽口香脆,彈牙清新,酸中帶辣,惹味可口。飯類提供了兩碗珍珠飯,其分量充足大碗,咀嚼時黏口軟綿,糯香圓潤。飲品的豆漿冰涼透心,順喉滑溜,豆味濃郁。酸味青瓜海蜇把青瓜和海蜇加入紅椒絲製作,味道酸酸辣辣,清新開胃。青瓜清甜爽脆,新鮮多汁,而海蜇則煙韌彈牙,鮮脆結實。紅糖糍粑糍粑就是把糯米粉搓成麵團後,再煎至金黃發脹即可

總結而言,餐廳環境簡樸光亮,舒適整齊。價錢經濟實惠,菜餚份量亦充足豐富,味道水準高質且富有驚喜,是到此吃川菜的好地方。
