已經有5,6年無落過觀塘工業區,因為去丹麥積木開倉先會去駱駝漆,成日睇報紙雜誌都話嗰度有好多食肆,山長水遠去到梗係要搵食啦,漫無目的咁探索,去到4樓見到有一間餐廳門口擺滿花牌,仲有班人影相,應該今日新開張。我係啲煮食群組都見過谷友分享慢煮食物,又話食物營養無咁易流失又話肉質會幼嫩啲,既然呢度叫慢煮工房,主打都應該係慢煮啦,咁就不妨一試。入到去坐低,座位都闊落,嗰陣三點幾有下午茶,有幾款係慢煮菜式,研究左一輪餐牌,有位職員走埋黎介紹餐牌嘅野食,好細心同好詳細,我地叫左慢煮牛脷同豬扒,黑椒香茅炸魚,芝士忌廉蛋牛肉包,加$10可轉特飲,就試下個陳年老桔氣泡礦泉水先,法國有氣泡礦泉水唔奇,但係溝老桔又好似好新奇。可能新開嘅關係,上菜真係要啲時間,先黎芝士忌廉蛋牛包,賣相有啲普通,但係放入口,神奇的事發生了,講唔出嘅好味,然後係豬扒同牛脷都到啦,味道淡左少少,但係真係食到慢煮嘅不同,多汁同肉嫩,最後連炸魚都到埋,一切開個陣我以為炸魚都係先慢煮後炸,但係睇返餐牌又唔係喎,因為切開個下有好多汁流出黎,食到好香嘅香茅味,可能我對香茅有鍾愛,所以呢個炸魚好難忘,從來未試過有一道香茅菜式真係有咁重咁香嘅香
