To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

知道荃灣附近有好多嘢食，但我同朋友偏偏都唔想食太大型嘅連鎖店，又想食啲開胃嘅嘢，於是去咗呢間越南小店。蝦肉卷撈：蝦肉卷，啱啱炸好熱辣辣，好彈牙亦都好有蝦味！質感好似泰式蝦餅。配料方面有青瓜絲、生菜絲、蔥花、香葉、蘿蔔絲、花生！ 我特別鐘意羅勒葉！撈埋一齊食口感豐富，味道好有層次！加埋個汁、酸甜開胃！胃口大開！唔怕食濟！牛油果沙冰：雖然牛油果味唔算重，奶香味比較多，但鐘意好似奶昔既好順滑既口感，唔會食到一粒粒既冰塊！整體來講，味道都唔錯，越南小店值得支持！

牛油果沙冰：
雖然牛油果味唔算重，奶香味比較多，但鐘意好似奶昔既好順滑既口感，唔會食到一粒粒既冰塊！
