泰菜多變化,最近去的泰國餐廳都有海鮮吧!唯腸胃不太舒服,今次點些傳統的泰菜,下次必定再來個海鮮夜。 餐廳座位寬敞,坐得舒服又可以慢慢食。 有套餐又有散點,多選擇。海南雞波子飯, 雞皮滑嘟嘟的,連平時不吃皮的我,也能把它直接滑落喉嚨,雞肉比較偏向腍身,易咀嚼;而波子飯好像有少許香茅味,較黏身。 椰青海鮮炒飯,它是滄海遺珠的菜式/飯麵,平時我會覺得它普通,只會點其他麵飯, 但這個飯是極力推介的。面層佈滿椰漿,炒飯中加入條條椰肉,飯粒充滿椰青的清香,面層飯粒較濕,記得要拌勻一下。 泰式炒椰苗,咸咸的,像臘肉炒菜加點馬拉盞的味道,椰菜嫩綠不攝牙。 冰鎮菠蘿(大),原個菠蘿切開再切粒,present得好美,中度甜,若再浸鹽水才吃,甜度迅即下降。
