To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

在附近辦完事，又係搵食既時候。對西環一帶並不熟悉，盲摸摸的找到了這間排骨麵店，名字似曾相識，卻又記不起詳情，食左先算。自稱排骨麵店，館子又貼滿雜誌讚好的排骨麵，沒有吃其他東西的道理吧。有個套餐，一碗排骨榨菜麵，加杯飲品，廿五大洋，幾實惠。上海麵是硬，不爽口也不彈牙，未如理想；再吃一口榨菜，質地軟硬適中，酸度柔和，用來送麵是不錯的。至於招牌的豬扒，切開一粒粒的，頗奇怪。豬扒不夠香口，好在肉質尚算鬆軟，不過不失。飲品選擇不少，甚至菊花茶和酸梅湯都有，但我還只是要了杯凍啡。咖啡不香濃，但在這些地方喝咖啡，也不會有什麼期望。
