都有一排冇嚟新蒲崗,星期日去完Airside行到去越秀廣場,見到開咗間新嘅中菜餐館,一於試一試。沙薑豬手($88)沙薑豬手皮好爽彈。簡簡單單用蒜蓉、蔥、辣椒同豉油做調味,估唔到簡簡單單又幾好味。煎釀虎皮尖椒($58)釀尖椒煎得好香口,好好食。尖椒完全唔辣,而且魚肉非常新鮮。店家再配上自家製辣椒油,令到味道完全昇華晒。滷水鵝片(例)($228)黎到潮州鋪點可以唔試滷水鵝。呢個滷水鵝片例牌份量好多,下面仲放滿大大舊滷水豆腐。王朝特色醉鵝肝(半份)($118)醉鵝肝真係好驚喜,鵝肝煮嘅時間較得岩岩好,裏面仲係粉紅色,口感超嫩滑。配上香醇濃厚花雕酒,令人好食到一口接一口。順德炒米麵($98)米粉本身好幼而且彈牙,配料有魷魚、雞蛋雅、芽菜、洋蔥、韭黃等食材,廚司將米粉同配料炒到好乾身,勁有鑊氣。
