有一段時間冇落元朗啦,感覺市面平靜了,所以嚟到呢一間八月份開嘅牛more,入到去座位唔算多但整潔,一入門口有兩部售賣機,先先要買餐先,大致分為200g 300g 400g 再揀牛肉部位,我都老公一人揀左一分200g 既西冷 一份200g 牛板筋 加左一份鵝肝女士食200g 已經好夠 男士食300g 會比較足一點因為當中有日本飯 牛肉湯 同沙律🥗都係放題而餐膳中包一罐飲品 牛肉肉質juice 會由火山石上 ,牛肉會煎到一成熟再由客人自己再燒到合適熟到, 侍應哥哥教左一個食法,令牛肉口感更分層次 , 先先點上一層牛肉汁再於牛上放上手磨山葵不錯選擇。下個月再來食下 價格抵到爛
