朋友帶我去佢屋企附近呢間爐端燒, 話食材好新鮮, 而且位置寬敞, 係敍舊嘅好地方一入門先知原來佢有成三層, 我哋食嘅係最底層嘅爐端燒, 地方乾淨整潔, 俾人一種好舒適嘅感覺朋友介紹呢道燒牛蒡, 牛蒡茶就聽得多, 呢個食法真係第一次, 出奇地好食, 感覺有啲似食緊薯條, 加上少量鹽粒, 好香口😍味噌燒銀雪魚肉嫩多汁, 我通常用嚟形容牛扒, 但呢道魚真係好唔同, 烤都可以烤得咁juicy, 的確抵讚👍🏻和牛鐵板薄燒呢道係我最鍾意, 薄燒和牛包住蔥蒜, 和牛入口即溶, 加上蔥蒜味道豐富, 仲有伴碟嘅香脆蒜片簡直有點晴嘅效果😍阿波美雞翼燒得剛剛好, 表皮香脆, 入面香嫩多汁烤日本粟米好新鮮香甜多汁😋和牛炒飯和牛份量多, 油香四溢😋
