知道朋友是個黑糖珍珠飲品控,今晚跟她慶祝生日,特意走到蛋糕店拿,上星期訂的黑糖珍珠雪崩蛋糕。黑糖蛋糕分隔上下兩層,上層是伯爵茶流心醬,下層是低糖戚風蛋糕,而黑糖珍珠分開另上。朋友見到黑糖珍珠蛋糕,非常驚喜。食法亦有點講究,首先倒入珍珠,然後解開縛住餅身的蝴蝶結,流心醬連珍珠即時流下,做成好像雪崩下塌效果。朋友當然相當滿意,伯爵流心醬流下,令蛋糕吸取伯爵茶香。低筋麵粉戚風蛋糕口感鬆軟,不過珍珠口感則不夠彈牙。不過一分錢一分貨,以四寸蛋糕而言,我覺得性價比較低。
