最近有朋友食完話唔錯,搞到我心思思。趁今日朋友生日,當然要趁機試下!餐廳係basement 環境的確好吸引 一大片酒牆,我哋最後叫咗三杯酒同三個餸#Laurent Miguel Pere ET Fils Merlot 不過不失#Villalta Prosecco Vino 清爽帶少少甜味 不錯之選#Signature Gin & Tonic 淡淡嘅酒味加入風乾橙片點綴 唔鐘意酒味太重嘅朋友不妨一試#盏鬼陳皮咕嚕肉 🤙🏻🤙🏻陳皮味唔喺好明顯 不過加咗油條 腌製薑片 風乾菠蘿皮 嚟個mix and match 喺幾盏鬼 而味道就同正常咕嚕肉差不多#慢煮口水和牛面頰 🤙🏻🤙🏻🤙🏻值得一試 餐廳好特別用咗西瓜 中和咗口水汁嘅辣味外多咗一份甜味 搭配牛面頰同炸蒜 讚#烏龍桂花茶燻脆皮雞 🤙🏻staff會先用個玻璃罩罩住上台 擰走玻璃罩後迎來一片煙燻 有d gimmick 食落去煙燻味太重 搭配whisky可能會唔錯 至於個皮整得好薄同脆口 肉都保持到嫩滑想搵間靚靚嘅餐廳食吓嘢不妨考慮吓
