今日去到TST搵食,見到呢間法式西餐原來係黃長興開既~入到去坐得舒適,裝修、環境、音樂方面都做得唔錯。今次試左CHEF STEFAN MENU,頭盤:煙熏三文魚厚切配柑桔莎莎喜出望外既頭盤!!鮮甜啖啖肉既超厚切三文魚!!配柑橘醬呢個IDEA聽落有D奇怪但食落係酸甜開胃的~前菜:香煎大蝦配秘製咖喱瑪莉汁大蝦有四隻,上面附有坊間甜品先會見到既唧唧滴管醬汁,配埋竹炭麵包粒,係烘過既Burger口感黎,罕見地唔係得個樣,係真係食到竹炭味~配埋微辣醬汁,係一道極Chur口水開胃既前菜~香煎北海道帶子配開心果焦糖燉蛋帶子配燉蛋呢個組合真係聞所未聞,上面再加埋開心果碎,仲有醬油打成既份子泡泡~帶子對得住價錢,鮮甜,加埋開心果脆脆,口感更豐富~聽落咸咸甜甜咁,但食落完全唔奇怪!!底層既燉蛋表層燒過脆卜卜,內層燉蛋超嫩滑~慢燉牛肋肉配牛肉原汁及薯蓉可能係慢燉既關係,牛肋肉煮得好淋,半點筋感都無,接近入口即溶既嫩滑感~係難得唔膩既牛牛~
