Restaurant: 好食雲南米線
Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

去開荃灣做野, Lunch 要搵個地方食野, 周圍都咁多人, 就隨便入咗一間米線店都食了. 同一般米線店一樣, 擇咗面底之後就可以揀餸. 唯一唔同就係佢有得揀"功夫面" 雖然未食過, 但鍾意試新野的我一於試下!功夫面係比米線粗少少的, 食落彈牙有嚼口, 口感似當年盛行一時的"手攪面", 煙韌度同埋彈牙度做得好好! 正我叫咗麻辣湯底, 湯底唔會一味得個辣字, 而且仲好香, 味道都好豐富, 相比起譚仔的湯底, 我自己覺得佢的麻味比較香, 湯的味道更濃更好味.份量唔多, 不過夠女仔食, 男仔食的話可能要加底. 配料我叫咗麻辣米線必選的腐皮同竹笙, 兩種都吸收咗麻辣精華, 非常好味! 估唔到誤打誤蹱都可以搵到間正野!
