To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢日放工響旺角行街買聖誕禮物，行到餓，去左呢間韓式燒烤店食嘢。餐廳裝修好有韓國風情，特別係橙色嘅鐵桶座位，食嘢好有氣氛。我哋叫咗和牛拼盤同韓式海鮮薄餅，真係相當唔錯！和牛拼盤嘅質素非常高，店員會拎住好大支調味料過嚟幫手調味，好特別又貼心嘅服務。啲牛油脂分佈均勻，燒完之後香氣四溢，重牛味，啲肉入口即溶，真係好滿足。而韓式海鮮薄餅就外脆內嫩，海鮮好新鮮又多，每一啖都食到濃郁嘅味道，配埋特製醬料食，更加有口感同更鮮味。服務方面更加要稱讚，店員相當貼心，烤爐附近有咩需要隨時都會幫手，好細心。生菜用完之後即刻有店員補上新嘅，完全唔需要自己提，好有韓國燒烤嘅感覺。飲品選擇都幾多，我哋叫咗甜過初戀(梨汁柚子梳打)同繼續熱戀(蜜桃西柚梳打)兩杯都清甜解渴，食住韓燒飲，一流。今次用餐好滿意，下次一定會再嚟！
