日本菜一般就係食材主導,新鮮行頭。跟住喺師傅手勢,最後就係服務。三者都有嘅,就係呢間割烹店可以成為米芝蓮一星既原因。🍖 老闆係關西人,又係廚師,全晚每一道菜,經理都悉心講解,甚至乎菜式類別,名字由來,材料選取,娓娓道來。🍖個人最推介既係菱蟹同燒鱧魚煮物。菱蟹嘅容器,喺用蟹殼處理而成,燒鱧魚煮物,湯底嘅昆布汁,鮮味到不行。期待10月嘅新菜單。✨️ 今餐係生日飯,餐廳知道,竟然係唔同嘅環節,都不斷咁出現祝壽既驚喜,餐牌,茶碗,同埋祝壽甜品嘅寓意,都非常重視,令人有賓至如歸既感覺。
