To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 永年士多呢個名聽左好耐,但一直未有機會試,今日一支公就去試下啦,麵底叫左粗麵,餸就叫左:魷魚、牛筋、蘿蔔同豬皮。另外叫左支樽仔奶茶。 題外話,冬天整碗車仔麵真係幾正。 基本上,蘿蔔同豬皮真心必叫,豬皮無毛,軟滑爽口,入味又無異味!蘿蔔同樣大大舊,入味又無渣,清甜好味。 反而牛筋同魷魚有啲失色,水魷魚其實ok, 都爽口彈牙,因為都預左無咩味,但就唔係好啱個人口味。反而牛筋真心失望,佢都夠軟滑腍身,但問題都係唔夠入味,甚至係無味。如果可以有番啲腩汁味就更好。 而粗麵底可以,唔會煮得過淋,湯底都好飲。七十幾蚊可以接受,下次會返轉頭食。
