飯後一點甜,去咗佐敦doux 食埋甜品先返屋企。甜品店門口有個心形卡座,好吸睛。Menu 好豐富,西式日式同中式都有。日本抹茶蒙布朗配榴槤雪糕球及曲奇雪糕($62):第一次食係日本近年大行其道嘅蒙布朗,呢款甜品係由栗子製成。我叫呢款係日本抹茶味,抹茶味非常濃郁,而且係我哋鍾意嗰種甘香既抹茶味道。配上冰凍嘅榴槤及曲奇雪糕一齊食,估唔到都好夾。榴槤燉椰皇($76)+ 雪燕($12):賣相一百分!上枱時飄住白煙。大大嚿嘅榴槤蓉喺甜品面。蛋白非常非常咁嫩滑!清甜嫩滑嘅椰皇蛋白,加上濃味嘅榴槤蓉,再加上養顏嘅雪燕,味道層次同口感都非常豐富。佢仲有個小小嘅啫喱用另外一個器皿同椰皇一齊上,估唔到咁重椰青水味,好有驚喜。
