久聞熨烤之名,唯一直未有空餘時間到訪,今日專程約朋友一起來試一試。驚喜的是,熨烤不僅僅只有熨烤,還有menu上看不到的紫薯炸雞,絕對是最新最特別最有創意的配搭。來到店子時因為時間尚早,所以人流不算多,有禮的店員非常熱情地迎上前,主動帶位。一坐下店員就送左七小碟,但都不能refill的,有泡菜等普通料,芝士和粟米算是比較特別,但比較單調,我把它們放進後來的爐邊蛋裡面。除了七小碟,店員更送上胡椒湯,可能太辣了,友人喝不了先來最貴最高級的特級雪花牛,雖然貴,但絕對貴得有價值!牛肉記得要用格網燒,否則就會太快變熟而變老了。雪花好均匀好靚仔,一放進口就馬上溶化,入口即溶,肉質頂級。接著就是重頭戲,menu上的圖片和名子都沒有紫薯,但實際上丫是有的!炸雞用鐵板上,而且用爐熱著。下面是咖啡忌廉,再有一層厚厚的紫薯蓉,炸雞裡面還要爆芝士,圖為半份份量。紫薯加熱後壓平,混合咖啡忌廉之後用炸雞沾著吃。紫薯加炸雞這種組合真是第一次,感覺非常創新又新鮮,配合度不算驚人的高,但新鮮感搭夠。重點是咬開炸雞,中間會有溶掉的芝士,令炸雞更上一層樓,加分位。
