To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 下午茶餐, 豉油雞比, 本來配紅豆冰係好開心既事, 不過感冒未清, 唔敢飲凍野, 睇到呢度新意思, 有得配陳皮紅豆沙喎, 就試下啦! 點知一試就癩野啦! 唔單係紅豆沙, 連雞比都唔掂.. 雞比塊皮, 又靱又乾, D 肉勁鞋, 應該係响個保暖爐度放左好耐都冇人買所至.紅豆沙真係嚇死我, 一PAT PAT, 杰撻撻咁, 又甜到死, 唔熱唔凍, 係室溫既, 真係好難食!大家千其唔好試! 好彩佢個紅豆沙係限定, 唔會長期供應, 真係難食到嚇死人!
