沒有阿布泰, 還有阿叔泰. (笑) Asok的曼谷BTS的其中中一站, 最出名的謊言是附近的Terminal 21, 中文譯名說是”阿速”還是”阿叔”也沒有所謂, 就是後者親切一點. 除了在大圍和元朗的麵店, 也有在尖沙咀較西式的泰國餐廳, 當然也有提供來自泰國的雜貨, 某程度上比阿布泰更全面.阿叔泰麵主打的是船麵, 但今次我點的是肉碎炒公仔麵, 相當有鑊氣, 肉碎夠香夠辣, 帶有脂粒令其口感更好, 略嫌公仔麵炒得有點碎, 吃得不夠盡興. 燒豬頸肉相當有驚喜, 外面焦脆, 內𥚃粉嫩, 沒有明顯脂肪但吃得出油脂香, 火候剛剛好, 不會太乾弎太生, 肉汁豐富, 基本上附上的魚露調味剛好, 比起麵食處理得更出色.The fried noodles from Asok Thai is good in flavour and spicy with good texture from minced pork but the noodles are a bit too broken bit that is not enjoyable enough.
