蕃薯uncle做咗馬會會員近五十年,多得疫情先知道馬場其實有好多間餐廳於非賽馬日提供特色餐飲,食肆全面開放後即續一訪查,第一回合先試「銅爵居」。據悉,店名中嘅「銅爵」除咗可解作古代嘅酒杯之外,原來仲係秦始皇七隻愛駒之一個名,場內當然係唔少得馬馬擺設啦!根據指示從E入口進場,先經過花園大堂搭𨋢上七樓。再經過長長嘅走廊上多間大型廂房方才到接待處。私人廂房最低消費$7,000,落地玻璃對正個馬場,光猛闊落,仲有個露台,極之豪華。用餐大堂面積寬廣,空間感足,拍窗嘅散座每枱都有兩部電視機播放出馬會資訊;不過同行嘅長輩行到埋去都喘哂氣,話啲位又遠又迂迴,地方幾靚都係假。中英對照嘅多頁餐牌及英文飲品牌可於網上下載,一早就可以諗定點咩餸(https://member.hkjc.com/member/chinese/racecourses-non-raceday/venues/provincial.aspx)。餐桌上擺有齊備嘅自用及公用餐具。會所餐廳茶芥每位$22,開瓶費則為馬會公價$200/樽。當日冇帶酒,所以就應推介飲咗樽香檳<Champagne Jacques Picard Brut>($390/

可能係新潮派作風吧,鴨鴨已預先喺廚房片好皮同起哂肉,當中啲皮唔係大大塊,而係黐住件肉嘅邊皮位。鴨隻肥膏唔多,橙亮嘅鴨皮尚算酥化,只係啲鴨肉偏咗少少嚡。

只限於非賽馬日之星期四至星期日傍晚六時半至十時半提供晚餐服務嘅馬場餐廳「銅爵居」樓底高、面積大,弊在地點隔涉唔方便
。店內服務生人數比顧客多,但上菜速度就好慢,成枝香檳飲完都只係上咗兩個餸
,明顯係廚房嘅問題,加上主打外省菜式質低價不廉,週四晚冇乜會員幫襯真係好合理!
