To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今天下午， 我们搭西铁去到屯门乡事会路，雅都商场go go mall一楼的马拉公公餐厅午膳 。go go mall的设计，好似外国和内地的food court，当中有不同的小食店，任君选择。我们叫了一碗油面加少许米粉，当中有白鱼蛋鱼片，伴上椰香白咖喱汤。另外一碗是槟城冬炎汤面，配上鸡丝和米线。又配上两杯飲品，一杯是冻柚子蜜，另一杯是桔子話梅冰。湯面和饮品都很美味。食材多由马来西亚来货，並且由马来西亚华侨主理，具备正宗檳城口味。
