同朋友食馬來西亞菜,腦海想起嘅唔係叻沙就係肉骨茶。但原來喺馬來西亞菜入面,有一樣食物好有特色,就係怡保芽菜。怡保芽菜($32)呢種芽菜比喺香港食開嘅短,但係更肥身,含水量更多。加上特製醬料,味道辣得黎帶爽甜。海南雞(例牌)($92)配油飯($18)海南雞做到皮爽肉滑,配油飯加黑醬油、辣醬及薑蓉,好好撈飯。馬來風光($58)馬拉盞炒通菜,炒得乾身又入味。怡保咖喱海鮮叻沙($70)有我最鍾意的摻摻(油麵加米粉),加帶有辣勁同咖喱香的湯底,好惹味。斑蘭薏米水($30)+ 薏米水($32)消暑去濕的飲品,必點。
