這間馬來西亞食店,我之前光顧過,一般般。今天再次光臨,每樣食品都進步了,令人喜出望外。由於今天不是週末,有午餐供應。Honey叫了海南雞飯,還有肉骨茶配白飯。海南雞飯($88):油飯上面有炸乾蔥,香口。而鷄肉就很嫩滑,啖啖肉!三種醬汁,都好正宗。肉骨茶($82):馬來西亞食肉骨茶,藥材味較重,這個肉骨茶,味道很正宗。而且,很細心,有一個小骨兜。看……肉排的賣相雖然不太吸引,但是,有一字排、腩肉和兩片厚厚的豬肚。一字排和腩肉,不是「鞋颯颯」的煲湯肉,而是有豬肉甘香肉味的,並且爽口的。真的喜出望外!另外,我又加了一款小食,巴東牛肉。巴東牛肉($36):雖然細細碟,但有四五塊厚厚的牛肉,炆得好稔!肉和肥的比例,剛好,入口鬆化。甜甜的椰香,好味!兩杯餐飲,一冷一熱拉茶:熱拉茶好好飲,紅茶香,煉奶香甜。反而凍拉茶,就被冰沖淡了。整體而言,地方很舒適,服務員態度也好。而且,如此豐富的午餐,大約80多元,非常合理。我想,我下次會再光顧的。

馬來西亞肉骨茶:這裡的肉骨茶比較特別,可自選材料,有大骨、皇帝骨、一字骨、雞腳、小骨可供選擇,我哋揀咗客適合二人享用的細滲 ($82)。肉骨茶以瓦煲呈上,用料非常豐富,內有雞腳、豬肚、豬腩肉和豬骨等。茶湯味道鮮甜,帶肉香,飲落沒有太過濃烈的藥材味,而且最抵讚就係茶湯可以免費無限任添,性價比甚高。

紙巾飛餅 ($68),第一次食呢款紙巾飛餅,據說這種甜甜的煎餅,在大馬同新加坡都深受男女生的愛戴。飛餅造型挺有趣,而做法就係要先經過多層折疊再拿去香煎,在煎的同時邊灑上白糖,煎好後再將之捲成圓錐形,賣相獨特。入口薄如紙巾,咬下去脆脆甜甜,蘸點碟底的煉奶和美祿粉吃,香脆又富口感。

友人話自己寒底,點了杯薑母茶 ($30),薑母茶以一隻矮身的杯子盛上,味道不俗,用料很足,熱熨熨又夠薑,飲在胃裡挺舒服。至於我點的紅豆冰 ($38) 更是令人喜出望外,用料超足,紅豆煲至起沙,質感軟綿又夠冰凍,入口甜度適中,味道一流。總結來說,這裡的食物質素不俗,加上定價不算高,絕對值得幫襯。

Ordered 1. Char Kuey Teow is 2. Nasi Lemak With beef rendang. Food, quality and quantity is 5.5/10. The beef that came with the nasi lemak wasn’t authentic. Merely boiled beef + boiled rendang sauce. Service is very veryaverage.youngsters here didn’t seem bothered. Would I come back again? Yes. If I need a desperate fix of my Malaysian craving.

同朋友食馬來西亞菜,腦海想起嘅唔係叻沙就係肉骨茶。但原來喺馬來西亞菜入面,有一樣食物好有特色,就係怡保芽菜。怡保芽菜($32)呢種芽菜比喺香港食開嘅短,但係更肥身,含水量更多。加上特製醬料,味道辣得黎帶爽甜。海南雞(例牌)($92)配油飯($18)海南雞做到皮爽肉滑,配油飯加黑醬油、辣醬及薑蓉,好好撈飯。馬來風光($58)馬拉盞炒通菜,炒得乾身又入味。怡保咖喱海鮮叻沙($70)有我最鍾意的摻摻(油麵加米粉),加帶有辣勁同咖喱香的湯底,好惹味。斑蘭薏米水($30)+ 薏米水($32)消暑去濕的飲品,必點。

For vegetables, had the Four heavenly Kings which had beans, okra, eggplant and Petai.
It was an interesting combination of vegetables.
My favourites were the okra and petai beans but the beans were old and stringy as if they have been in the fridge for weeks.
Overall nice but not an even ratio of vegetables because the dish is 80% beans, 10% okra, 7% Petai Beans and 3% Aubergine.

Moving on to the meats, the bittermelon and ribs were heated on a flame.
The bittermelon definitely needed heating as it was hard and crunchy.
As for the ribs in the pot, they were dry and hard so heating it didn't make it better and the broth had this interesting metallic taste which you could smell and taste.

The last dish was Malaysian flavour spare rib with mantou which was so different to the product picture.
It was a strip of crispy belly which was nicer than anticipated.
The sauce was sweet and sour which was quite appetizing.

Overall a great place to gather in the evenings when the office crowd has gone and probably a good place for people who get dropped off by car as it is right next to THE CENTER.

它用米紙來包,米紙脆口,它的鬆脆程度與傳統吃的都不大相同。它像春捲一樣特別底下有一塊生菜一齊伴~酸酸甜甜的越南食品很醒胃,用米紙做的脆春捲香脆可口,配上酸甜醬更美味。

黃金飯配吉隆玻咖喱雞
來之前我已經決定了要點咖哩雞,因為我最想吃的就是那道吉隆玻味道,黃金飯的味道很棒,既有滿滿之口感,又美味~

紙巾飛餅
SEDAP之一棵又靚又食得的紙巾飛餅聖誕樹,如一棵可以吃下的聖誕樹~吃進肚子,很可愛喔,這款顏值爆的馬來西亞美食~來的朋友也一定要吃喔,這家店做的,都很有心思,實在不錯喔。這一個馬來西亞美食,帶點甜甜,可以在飯後吃呢。

Best Bottomless Bak Kut Teh in Hong Kong

We simply love the bottomless Bak Kut Teh here! Bak Kut Teh is customarily prepared through many hours of simmering meaty pork ribs in a broth of pepper and garlic, amongst other herbs. Nasi Kerabu with Beef Rendang - The combination of Beef Rendang with Nasi Kerabu was quite surreal and undoubtedly a great match. Nasi Kerabu, vivid blue rice served with a plethora of accompanying condiments. Sedap’s Nasi Kerabu features traditionally prepared blue pea flower rice, surrounded by wok slow cooked sambal, okra and keropok ikan. We love every bite of this beautifully prepared Nasi Kerabu dish.
