餐前小食叫左碟雞絲粉皮,成碟份量都偏少,青瓜絲仲多過雞絲...但個麻醬調得幾好味,粉皮硬度都適中。嚟到三哥廚房點可以唔叫菜飯呢~之前食過排骨菜飯所以今次叫左鎮江骨菜飯。鎮江醋味濃,但唔會過酸。排骨數量都好夠,有5-6嚿,肥瘦比例3:7,唔會太肥又有肉食。菜飯係招牌菜當然好正啦,飯唔會太硬太淋,粒粒分明,如果多d菜粒仲好。除左菜飯仲叫左個排骨炒年糕,竟然比菜飯更出色!炒得好惹味,又唔會好油,有d冬菇絲同菜,但d排骨就肥左少少,如果瘦翻d就好。整體成間餐廳既野都好抵食,份量多價錢又合理,但位置比較偏僻,第一次去個陣都搵左一陣,去開馬鞍山都可以試下!
