成日幫襯三哥,都未寫過食評平時我多數叫嫩雞煨麵同埋醉雞好耐無食其他菜式今次外賣叫咗下面嗰三樣雞絲粉皮、鎮江骨菜飯、三哥排骨擔擔麵$186.00雞絲粉皮其實食過好多次,但係今次食覺得好淡,青瓜絲係多咗,呢個係正嘅,但麻醬真係唔夠。三樣嚟講我最鍾意係鎮江骨,非常之腍,甜甜酸酸,份量足夠。至於擔擔麵依舊好濃郁,但外賣嚟到個湯底唔夠熱用黎整散個面底,再熱啲就好啦。至於塊豬扒就非常夠熱,用紙袋分開放,所以個脆漿仍然好脆,份量都夠👍🏻

本身想叫個菜,點知豬手麵同埋餃子入邊已經有好多好多生菜,完全唔需要叫多一個菜食。



喺我哋食嘢途中,我估係老闆娘,聽到佢同個老人家傾偈,送咗個小食請老人家食,話係做多咗唔好浪費(一聽就知呢啲係氹老人家嘅說話🫶🏻)。

老闆娘之後上菜去到另一枱,同一班後生仔女傾談,問下佢哋外地返學點樣之類。



臨走買單嘅時候,我同老闆娘都傾咗幾句,其實老闆娘好熱情好傾得。諗返轉頭,當時佢唔俾我同人搭枱都係為我哋好🤣,真係感受到有濃厚人情味嘅小店👍🏻,值得推介。

埋單$180 左右,好抵食。

不好意思,實在忍不住要負評。是我第一次在openrice寫評。下午茶時間去到,見有不少位。他們的枱可移動,其實俾了我兩位都應沒問題,站住等了5分鐘(見有個男仔座在一6人枱的中間)。都算,到有6人枱的走了(是可分拆的枱),差不多執好期間,另有二人走(在四人枱)。我問可否座那二人走了的,侍應說執好先。到那6人枱執好了便叫我座埋去。我再示意可否座那四人枱,應是老闆娘說那邊要員工食飯。座下不久,有二人來,基本上無等過,就俾了那四人枱。重點是,其他的都不說,說甚麼員工食飯?!

不好意思,實在忍不住要負評。是我第一次在openrice寫評。

San Gor is one of the earliest independent restaurant without big company support at MOS with the excellent vegetable rice, deep fried pork chops and Dan Dan Noodles. The Dan Dan noodles are full of peanut taste with crushed peanut and peanut pasty that need to spend more time and effort than common one. The pork chop and duck breast are also excellent in taste and texture.

糖醋排骨變左糖醋浸豬軟骨。

晌馬鞍山哩個美食沙漠中,三哥廚房絕對係一個重要嘅存在!間中屋企冇飯食嘅時候,我都會過嚟開餐。而最常識嘅就係排骨菜飯啦,仲唔同嘅汁可以揀,今次我揀咗糖醋汁。有晚飯套餐菜飯配豆漿或者六花茶。。排骨即係炸豬扒,炸得非常外皮香酥,好脆卜卜,今日哩塊豬扒算厚身,鬆軟唔乾,邊邊位有少少脂肪,好香口,配酸酸甜甜嘅糖醋汁,開胃解油膩。菜飯嘅菜唔算太多不過都幾好味。整體唔錯。

睇過好多人介紹三哥,號稱係馬鞍山美食沙漠既綠洲,身為馬友既我竟然甘耐都無食過🤨今日就黎試試佢。我同朋友都分別揀左鎮江骨同醉拿手(即係醉豬手🤣)配擔擔麵,跟餐仲會包一杯野飲,我揀左豆漿,朋友揀左花茶。野飲就無咩特別既。擔擔麵都算唔錯,個麵煮到岩岩好,唔會糊,花生醬味都濃郁,唔會好辣,我係食辣bb都輕輕鬆鬆食到。至於朋友點既鎮江骨都唔錯,甜甜酸酸,味道溫和,最特別嘅地方係豬軟骨黎,係其他地方冇食過,軟骨嘅位置煮到林晒,入口即溶,好正🤤。但個醉豬手就比較令人失望,豬手都爽口彈牙,唯一比較可惜,個酒味太苦,雖然我都唔想浪費食物,但苦到我就左兩件就放棄。
