朋友話我知上個月馬鞍山開咗新嘅拉麵店,店內掛上咗燈籠好似去咗日本拉麵店咁,雖然座位唔多,不過我哋都係等咗一陣就入得。坐低之後,我哋決定一人一碗麵再加配小食,兩個人食,人均都係$100左右好抵食呀!原來餐廳以「拉麵平民化」為目標,$50左右就可以食一碗豚骨湯拉麵,而且湯料仲用咗精選食材熬制,保存鮮味之餘,仲無添加㗎,食完都唔會覺得口渴!店員見我哋食到咁上下,仲提我哋可以續麵一次,追加麵條,大食嘅朋友都可以試下加麵呀😚呢度嘅拉麵口感充滿彈性,加上湯底濃郁香醇,除咗有柔嫩入味嘅叉燒,仲有溏心蛋,冬天食熱辣辣嘅拉麵,好開心呀~平時拉麵店小食多數會配餃子,今日就有其他選擇,我哋就叫咗糯米豚肉燒賣,好似食緊糯米雞🤭 有醬油嘅鹹味,口感鮮嫩。而豬軟骨同樣入味軟腍,肉味香濃。✨招牌豚骨叉燒拉麵✨海老濃湯叉燒拉麵✨海老豚肉燒賣✨和風豬軟骨✨胡麻豆腐✨醬油糯米豚肉燒賣
