今日行過新港城,諗起有師兄/姐,提及有間新嘅排隊拉麵,咁今晚就試佢啦,店舖唔算大,排咗30分鐘左右。今日點咗海老濃湯叉燒拉麵個麵一上枱就聞到香噴噴嘅蝦油味,飲啖湯先~成口都係蝦味~麵方面軟硬適中(我口味),叉燒,蛋,都正常招牌豚骨叉燒拉麵湯頭不屬於濃厚口味,屬於比較清爽,麵軟硬適中海老豚肉燒賣依個真係要試,佢用豬肉粒唔係免治(我細個食嘅廣式燒賣都係粒),口感好好你會確確切切咬到豬肉同蝦肉,同你食一Pat漿包/免肉包出嚟嘅感覺完全唔同!👍🏻和風豬軟骨(90g)味道合當,醬汁比較濃稠味淋牛面肉(90g)入味,腍滑,味合適後話/補充:依間舖頭採用完全網上付款,及點餐,請留意。排隊等位位置與隔鄰的韓食店部份有重疊,排隊時留意。另,本身我點招牌豚骨叉燒拉麵出餐時比漏左筍,向店員表示之後以即刻補回,但感覺不是太好,因為筍是這麵基本有,除非客人剔除,出餐的員工亦應該注意,避免不必要的麻煩。戴返頭盔先,我覺得好唔好食≠你覺得好唔好食,好唔好食因人而異。 continue reading

好中意係門口已經有嘅裝修,排緊隊果陣總係會期待又按捺不住周圍望唔似會係商場見到嘅拉麵店有吧枱有一般枱,坐吧枱果陣師傅會直接將煮好嘅麵條遞比你好似係日本拉麵店食野咁店內裝修都好靚,有好多日式嘅掛畫拉麵有三款,經典嘅海老湯同埋豚骨以外,仲有一款係無湯好特別嘅拉麵Menu有拉麵嘅詳細介紹,無論湯同埋麵條都係自家製幼身嘅拉麵,好掛湯兩款湯底都好濃郁又香大啖咁飲都唔會覺得鹹海老濃湯叉燒拉麵招牌大盛豚骨叉燒拉麵就算大盛都係$59,每碗都有齊配料糖心蛋都有完整一隻叉燒都大大塊每碗仲可以免費續碗一次,超佛心胡麻櫻花蝦秋葵好清爽嘅味道,加埋櫻花蝦好特別味淋牛面肉牛面肉超淋,用筷子輕輕力已經可以夾開波子汽水無湯拉麵結果因為落單果陣睇錯咗而無嗌到XD但因為依間好好食,所以下次再嚟試埋佢﹗ continue reading

馬鞍山一直都有美食沙漠之稱😲但係近年已經開始慢慢洗脫呢個「美名」,因為近年已經有唔少新餐廳進駐👏🏻👏🏻「一橋拉麵」就係其中一間新進駐新港城嘅小店,平日晚市門外已經排起長長人龍,細看餐牌見到除咗有拉麵之外,仲有油麵同點心小食,重點係價錢超級貼地,拉麵都係$49起,仲可以免費續麵😆😆一橋油麵油麵其實係乾拌拉麵,沒有豬骨濃湯但有店家自家製嘅醬汁同調味油,大盛油麵仲有日式叉燒同溫泉蛋添,賣相色彩繽紛十分吸引🤩食之前先將所有食材拌勻,第二口仲可以加入果醋加添風味👍🏻👍🏻海老濃湯叉燒拉麵呢款係一期一會期間限定款,上台後已經聞到非常濃郁嘅蝦湯味,用上幼拉麵🍜掛湯效果更佳,溏心蛋🥚嘅流心蛋黃淨係睇麵流哂口水🤤食到最後可以留少少湯再續麵😌海老豬肉燒賣日式中華料理中嘅人氣之選,差唔多每一枱都有叫,燒賣仲用咗點心籠去蒸,燒賣粒粒都好大粒,食落去仲有粒粒蝦肉,認真係真材實料,食落完全唔俾中式酒樓差👍🏻👍🏻胡麻櫻花蝦秋葵秋葵加上胡麻醬相當清爽開胃,面頭仲放上滿滿嘅櫻花蝦加添風味同口感 continue reading

早排就知道有間新開拉麵係馬鞍山新港城開左,呢間真係好想試,今日就約左朋友黎品嘗下。門外到入面裝修都好日本感覺,我地叫左兩款拉麵同兩款小食試吓。招牌大盛豚骨叉燒拉麵,湯底濃而不咸,望到兩隻蛋都已經好吸引,一啖咬落去好香好濃嘅蛋味,試埋個叉燒真係好好味,拉麵嘅煙韌度都好適中,我朋友就叫咗海老濃湯叉燒拉麵,佢覺得個湯底好鮮甜,而且叉燒都好好味。小食叫咗味淋牛面肉,估唔到個牛面肉咁淋同咁香牛味,可以話真係好好食,另外一款小食我哋叫咗胡麻豆腐,呢個胡麻豆腐唔單只係豆腐上面只有胡麻醬咁簡單,佢仲有啲蝦乾仔同埋木魚,第一次咁樣食,我覺得真係超正。最後仲叫咗兩杯熱嘅玄米茶,天氣咁凍,食完嘢飲返兩杯茶真係好圓滿。 continue reading
