To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

有美食沙漠之稱的馬鞍山廣場,若果要吃辣的話選擇是極之少的。所以愛吃辣的我多數都到這間譚仔米線。這次我點了滷水豬大腸、腐皮、酸菜米線重慶湯底(中辣),滷水豬大腸非常入味,份量適中,不算太肥;腐皮是我每次都點的配料,因為腐皮既有豆香也能吸收湯汁,口感一流,而最驚喜的是這次腐皮的份量是珍寶兩級,差不多可載滿一小碗,非常抵食酸菜甜甜酸酸的,份量算多,配合重慶湯底簡直一絕,建議連湯連米線一同放進口,甜、酸、辣一併刺激味蕾非常過癮。女生胃口有限,在不浪費的原則之下,餐廳給客人可選擇要求少米線,更有減一元的優惠!
