To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

K11 MUSEA有眾多餐廳，其中新加坡料理代表，非屬來自文華酒店的海南雞飯餐廳Chatterbox Cafe莫屬。餐牌選擇豐富，屬中等價位，用餐時間常一位難求，菜式以東南亞菜式為主。🥢文華海南雞飯當然不能錯過招牌海南雞飯，外皮金黃油量，雞肉白皙光滑。一定要加10蚊轉雞脾，肉質很嫩完全不乾柴，品質非常好。沾著醬油與薑味道更棒。米飯有淋上少許香油，粒粒分明香氣十足，將簡單的美食提升到另一個層次。🥢星洲海鮮炒貴刁另一道選了炒貴刁，口感上彈牙且炒的十分入味，取代肉絲的是臘腸片，鹹香適中。海鮮部分的代表有三大隻鮮蝦，口感彈牙美味，份量適中調味偏鹹。整體而言，餐廳在商場裡，地點方便環境舒適，行經K11 MUSEA可以來試試。
