To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

深水埗 華園冰室 的清湯牛腩遠近馳名，今日就去看一下品質如何。下午茶時間，我叫了迷你清湯腩飯，清湯腩果然很不錯，肉質鮮美有嚼口，吃得出牛腩的甜美，而且入口軟滑充滿肉汁，份量也不少喎。個湯用來送飯一流，湯很清沒有帶一點油膩，蘿蔔煮得很入味，這個真是上上之作。我們還叫了一個吉列魚柳薯條餐，魚柳熱辣辣脆卜卜，炸工非常好，沒有油膩感。奶茶奶的份量比較多，我見到個顏色以為太重奶味，但原來茶是很香濃，很濃的茶配上多些奶出來很平衡，好有奶茶的甘香，不錯。
