To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

就係因為隻燒鵝所以專登黎試吓,果然名不虛傳,燒得好香,鵝皮微脆,鵝肉新鮮且結實,成隻鵝的脂肪比例算唔錯,唔會太肥,下次要叫一隻,應該會仲好食D。見佢燒鵝咁掂,於是叫埋個例牌燒肉試吓,又係唔錯,燒肉皮咬落去好脆,不過舊肉就肥咗少少。自攜海鮮加功都幾抵食,炒蟹收$100,白灼蝦收$75,整得幾好。臨尾想試埋乾炒牛河,因為見隔離叫D炒粉麵好似幾正,點知無河粉,所以改做星米,炒得好乾身,咖哩汁又香,入面D料都好新鮮。
