雞鴨鵝當中,相信香港人最常吃雞,雞要整得好食,的確好考功夫。朋友外賣後大推,所以今次要會唔會聚香雞的真面目。一進門口已經看到大大張聚香雞的海報,佢有別於豉油雞同霸王雞,係一種獨有嘅整法,包括三個醬汁:彊蔥、口水、同沙彊,我比較鍾意沙彊。雞味濃郁,夠滑,但又唔會過肥,食多幾舊都無問題,叫半隻可以食得爽D。餐牌上好貼心有推介款式,牛柳粒係其一,所以諗都冇諗就揀左。牛柳粒有好多配菜,所以感覺上好抵,又多元化,牛柳粒唔單單係日式先掂,小炒牛柳粒入哂味,味道又吊埋蔬菜嘅味,雙得益彰,都係最愛菜色之一。豉油皇大蝦,入哂味,而且夠爽夠彈牙,啜埋佢個蝦殻;蒸魚夠鮮味,而且夠大條,食埋佢D蔥,咁先夠完美。特別一提椒鹽鮮魷,外面食好多時都係好厚粉,但聚點超脆口,魷魚都有咬口。都係暫時食過最好食嘅椒鹽鮮魷之一
