To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

茶香三文魚湯漬飯 三文魚煎得啱啱好，外層有少少脆邊，魚肉嫩滑；茶湯用咗烏龍茶同玄米茶製作而成，茶味清香，配埋炸米通、木魚絲同櫻花蝦一齊食，口感豐富。軟殼蟹龍蝦汁手作麵 軟殼蟹炸得酥脆，咬開重有好多蟹膏；手作麵麵條扁身，口感煙韌，每一條都掛滿鹹香濃稠嘅龍蝦汁，正紅油抄手叫咗少辣，辣度剛好，皮薄餡足。抹茶鮮果流心歐軟再飽都一定要點！抹茶流心入口香滑醇厚，茶奶比例極佳，茶香濃郁得嚟唔苦澀，奶滑醇厚而唔甜膩最驚喜係入面有好多麻糬，軟糯黏口～熱黑糖珍珠奶茶（加奶蓋） 奶蓋另上呢點好細心，因為熱飲加奶蓋會熔得好快，奶蓋另上就冇呢個問題個奶蓋好香芝士味又夠凍，倒落杯熱珍奶度，有種冰火嘅感覺，好好味。
