之前聼我伯伯講,呢間火鍋D肉同海鮮都好正,而禁啱我爸爸生日,又鍾意食海鮮,所以就帶左佢同媽咪一齊慶祝啦!火鍋頭有兩層,不過位都唔係好多,如果周末去,可能要等位。冷氣都好夠凍,唔會食到成身汗同成身味。九宮格醬料兜,任你自己點溝點混都得!我就揀左麻醬、蔥、蒜末、乾蒜同辣椒粉。因為屋企人唔食辣,所以湯底叫左比較少有同特別嘅香甜椰子雞湯。呢個湯頭真係真材實料,裡面好多椰子同海底椰,仲有半隻雞。本身重以為無雞肉或得D雞肉碎。腐皮、竹笙同水晶粉份量都好多。呢幾樣食材都好吸湯頭,吸曬椰子雞湯D精華,超正!豆腐係我地屋企打邊爐必備食材,所以一定要叫。火鍋頭重非常出名佢地嘅手打丸同餃、比較想食唔同種類嘅我地就叫左雙拼、爆漿芝士牛丸同韭菜豬肉水餃。爆漿芝士牛丸味道比較特別,好似加左少少藥材同藥膳嘅味道,芝士非常爆漿同熱,所以食嘅時候都要小心D。韭菜水餃咸淡適中、非常鮮味!但係唔係手打丸(姐係交黎嗰D)就遜色少少啦,貢丸係好食嘅、不過魚皮餃就一般啦,比較咸,同皮比較厚。就算簡單不過嘅娃娃菜都好新鮮、而且好鮮甜,因為之前試過有D店舖食到比較唔新鮮,帶黑點嘅娃娃菜。鍾意食牛肉嘅我地就叫左兩款唔同嘅。上圖係特級手

鍾意食牛肉嘅我地就叫左兩款唔同嘅。上圖係特級手切安格斯肥牛,下圖係頂級本地手切肥牛。安格斯會比較肥少少,牛味比較重D。本地就會比較瘦D、滑口D。我覺得兩款都好好食、唔同食法,睇你自己口味而選擇啦。

最出名嘅海鮮我地叫左海鮮拼盤,應該係計時價。海鮮拼盤有美國桶蠔、蟶子同貴妃蚌。我自己個人唔係特別好海鮮,不過佢地D海鮮真係好新鮮,一D都唔腥,重好鮮甜!
