To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今次去咗間話題度極高嘅漢堡店試嘅。等我話你知啦，啲漢堡真係靚到不得了！我點咗個竹炭軟殼蟹漢堡，個包又黑又神秘，真係勁吸引我。脆脆嘅軟殼蟹，咬落去嘅感覺真係正！夾埋牛油果醬嘅滑潤，令呢個漢堡食落夠味又唔膩口。🍔意粉方面就稍微失色喇，帶子雖然煎得微微嘅焦香，但搭配嘅意粉就煮得有啲過火，口感有啲嚡囉。依家講返啲利賓納梳打水，清新得嚟又唔會太甜，飲落去簡直係清涼解渴嘅代名詞！總體黎講，呢間漢堡店喺旺角呢個熱鬧地段提供咗個驚喜。食物大致上都算係滿足咗我嘅胃，仲有得免費升級飲品，算係一個幾靚嘅午餐選擇啦！下一次，我仲會再考慮返來轉轉，可能再試吓另一款漢堡，睇吓會唔會有新驚喜喺等緊我添！🤤🌟👍
